I’m Janet Moran and I work with senior business people who need help with preparations for career moves and change. I have a global client base, having worked with executives, non-executives, business owners, consultants and entrepreneurs in the UK, USA, mainland Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific.

My clients are English speakers who are usually in a career transition, looking for a new role, seeking promotion or setting up a business. They need help identifying and articulating their achievements and ‘offer’. I regularly have repeat business from previous clients as they move to new roles or different phases in their careers. Over 95% of my work is via word-of-mouth referral.

Additionally, I provide workshop-based support for corporate outplacement purposes.
